EMCIS
European and Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems (EMCIS) 2005 is the second in the series of conferences jointly organized by Brunel University, UK and the Information Institute, USA. The aim of the confernece is to explore the confluence of information technology and organizations. It is hoped that an understanding of such a realtionship will help in furthering knowlege about how organizations can seek to take advantage of the range of available technologies.


Information Institute
The Information Institute is an academe-industry consortium founded to further understanding of intricate relationships between information science and technology. The Information Institute's mission is to encourage association among individuals who have an interest in the study of information. The mission is realized by providing educational opportunities for members and promoting scholarly and practitioner work in information studies.
