Conference Reception

EMCIS 09 reception will be held on the evening of 13 July at the crown plaza main reception hall, with a variety of hot and cold canapés and light drinks on offer.

Judging from previous EMCIS receptions, this relaxed atmosphere gathering should prove an ideal opportunity for socializing and networking.

Gala Dinner & "Turkish Folklore Show"

EMCIS 09 delegates are invited to a Gala Dinner event on the night of 14 July.

This event comprises of a three course set menu dinner (which was specially chosen by the organizing committee) complemented by traditional eastern music and entertainment.

Note: The hotel agreed to offer a vegetarian option but they need to be informed beforehand. Therefore, upon registration kindly indicate your preference for a vegetarian option via emailing emcis2009@brunel.ac.uk. It will not be feasible for the hotel catering to accommodate on the day requests.
