Are the conference proceedings included in my registration?

Yes. Conference proceedings in CDs will be available at the conference itself in the welcome pack.

I have special dietary needs; how can I request special meals?

We aim to to honor your special dietary needs whenever possible. However, you must indicate your request two weeks before the conference.

What if I'd like to bring a guest?

Guest tickets are available for both the full conference or the social events only. You can pay for your guest ticket in advance.

What’s the last day for conference registration? (TBD)

The last day for conference early bird registration via the website, April 1, 2012.

Is there any other payment method other than Paypal?

No, EMCIS can only accept payments through Paypal for all countries where such service is available. Should you be resident in a country where Paypal does not operate [Paypal Availability], please contact info@emcis.org

Can I pay after I attend the conference?

No. Registration can not be processed until payment is received in full. 

I need a Visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?

Complete the Letter of Invitation from and email it to the Conference Administrator at (info@emcis.org). As visa requirements can
take several weeks, attendees should be advised to check with their local Greek Embassy for more details.

If I am a presenter, do I have to register?

Yes. ALL participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including paper presenters, delegates, session moderators and conference committee members.
